THE POTHOLE TOUR DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATIONS
Just a heads-up that we are closing off registrations at the end of this month, or at 108 people - whichever comes first. The 30th of September is the final date for registrations. We have 93 registrations received so far. It's shaping up to be a fun tour, but we have to limit numbers because we don't want excessively crowded bunkrooms 🤨😣🤨😒🤨😫 or too many people to fit on the buses.

When: 14th to 19th January 2025
Where: Marsden Bay Christian Camp, 89A One Tree Point Road, Ruakākā 0118 (about 2.5 hours north of Auckland Airport)
What:
Programme: There will be danceouts every day with buses to take you to all venues except for nearby Waipu on the Wednesday afternoon. Pub lunches are organised for the Thursday at Mangawhai Tavern and Friday at the Butter Factory, Whangarei. Saturday we will dance out in the morning at the Whangarei Town Basin followed by free time with lots to see and do. Buy your own lunches this day only.
All accommodation, bus transport and food, including pub lunches will be included in the cost, apart from Saturday lunch. Food allergies will be catered for. We expect the total cost per person to be under $500 for the week.
Bedding is not provided. Please bring your own. Some bedding will be available for hire for those flying in only.
Money:
the total cost will be about $500 NZD for accommodation, most meals and bus transport to three of our dance venues.
A deposit of $50 NZD per person is required, making sure it is clearly labelled who it is for.
